These Terms govern the use by Casino Oka Resort of its online services, including but not limited to its website, mobile applications, and any related software. By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, each user agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions
In this Agreement:
User refers to an individual who uses the Platform;
Account means a personal account created with us for access and use of our services;
Subscription or Membership refers to any ongoing payment plan, package or promotion offered by Casino Oka Resort.
Acceptance Of Terms
Each User represents that they have read and understood these Terms. The Company reserves the right at its discretion to change, modify, add, remove any provision of this Agreement. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform for thirty days from such posting.
Use Of The Platform
Each User is responsible for their Account and all use thereof.
You agree not to:
Hack or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other Users' Accounts;
Use bots, scripts, spiders, scrapers, crawlers or any similar technology to retrieve data from the Platform in an automated manner without our consent in advance.
